Prefabricated Parts Made of Wood
In addition to teak handrails, we offer several hot moulded prefabricated parts ideal for interior fitting. Bulkhead covers, descending steps etc.
We also manufacture solid wood hatch frames specially for your hatches. Please tell us the measurements of your hatch, we will immediately make you an offer.
Finally, we offer different items for installing doors. You can get hot moulded door frames, round arches and corners but also complete doors from us.

107 to 109 – Doors with hot moulded door frames
Door leaves are a sandwich construction. The cutting edges are supplied with edge veneers. No fittings, untreated surface. |

The frames consist of rounded arch no. 103 or profile corner no. 105 and the door frame moulding no. 103a. The frames are also available non-glued.
Measurements: Height up to 200 cm x width up to 60 cm
Total thickness: ca. 23 mm
Please specify the thickness of the bulkhead!

111 – Door leaves, blanks
Cheap alternative to our complete door leaves (no. 107 to 109), since you do the cutting. You specify length and width, receive a door leaf blank, take the exact measurements on location and cut the door leaf according to your own needs. |

Construction: Sandwich construction, you can choose them to be either 18 or 23 mm thick, 4 mm interior-plywood on both sides.
Innenlage: Inner ply: Divinycell, density: 60 kg / m3
The long sides finish with inside parts to glue on made from solid wood.
Measurements: Lenght up to 250 cm x widht up to 61 cm
