Whenever the material has to meet special requirements, you can use the following of our marine plywoods. In order to save weight, you can use our very lightweight sandwich panels. D5 – Sandwich panels
These panels are available with different kinds of outer veneers like teak, Sapeli- or Khaya-Mahogany etc. |
Application: Extremely lightweight marine plywood panels that should be used when you want to save weight.
Construction: 4 mm interior-plywood two-sided, inner ply Divinycell, density: 60 kg / m³, self-extinguishing, flame resistant
Version A: 4 / 10 / 4 mm, total thickness: ca. 18 mm
Version B: 4 / 15 / 4 mm, total thickness: ca. 23 mm

D6 I – Interplex
Laminate-coated all-weather plywood
Application: Suitable for wet rooms, cooling chambers and damp locations. |
Construction: One-sided white laminate-coating that is 6 mm thick (crystal-surface), counter draw on the back side
Panel size: 250 x 122 cm
Thickness: 5 mm, 11 mm and 16 mm |

D7 – Lightweight noise protection panels
Application: Suitable for engine room covers and all areas that require noise protection. Weighs a little less than D8. |
Construction: There are two different versions available
Version A: On both sides 6 mm Okumé-marine plywood filled with 4 mm of special synthetic material, total thickness 16 mm, weight ca. 8 kg /m², average sound insulation values (100 - 3200 Hz) Rgem: 29 dB
Version B: On both sides 7 mm Okumé-marine plywood filled with 6 mm of special synthetic material, weight ca. 10 kg /m², average sound insulation values (100 - 3200 Hz) Rgem: 31 dB

D8 – Heavy Noise Protection Panels with lead-plated rubber inlay
Application: Suitable for engine room covers and all areas that require noise protection. |
Construction:There are two different versions available
Version A:On both sides 6 mm Okumé-marine plywood filled with a 4 mm lead-plated rubber inlay, total thickness 16 mm, weight ca. 15 kg /m², average sound insulation values (100 - 3200 Hz) Rgem: 30 dB
Version B: On both sides 7 mm Okumé-marine plywood filled with a 6 mm lead-plated rubber inlay, total thickness 16 mm, weight ca. 24 kg /m², average sound insulation values (100 - 3200 Hz) Rgem: 34 dB
