E3 – Teak-Deck,
Solid Teak

Solid teak deckboards, manually installed and glued on a 2 mm base frame. Central aisle inserted. Upon request, the mouldings can be embedded as well or they run out.

Application: Traditional teak deck with the mouldings arranged according to the shape of the ship. For upscale demands! We manufacture according to a mold so there is no waste. We will provide the finished parts which you can glue immediately. For information on how such a mold should look like see: Service - Manuals

Construction: Moulding width is ca. 35 mm, moulding of outer edge ca. 45 mm, thickness ca. 6 mm. Manually installed and glued on ca. 2 mm base frame of mahogany marine plywood, glued according to AW 100, total thickness: ca. 8 mm. Single segments will of course receive outer edges with mouldings.

Additional charges: For embedded mouldings at the installation / cockpit, for mouldings of the outer edges of hatches, winches. Other mouldings of outer edges on request.
